Government Software Development
Systems the public sector can depend on
We build software for government departments and public-sector programs — monitoring dashboards, contract and payment management, and field data collection systems. Two of our platforms run today on Government of Punjab infrastructure for the Program Management Unit (PMU) of the Punjab Development Program, serving roles from field officers to departmental leadership.
Overview
Government software is judged on a different standard than commercial software. Every figure has to be defensible, every approval has to be traceable, and the system has to work for a field officer on a phone in a village and a secretary reviewing a provincial summary on the same afternoon. We build for that standard.
We have delivered two production systems to the Program Management Unit (PMU) of the Punjab Development Program, the execution body of the Local Government & Community Development (LG&CD) Department, Government of Punjab: a province-wide urban infrastructure monitoring dashboard with 22 role-specific modules and over 13,000 geo-tagged field photographs, and a civil-works contract and payment platform on a 53-table schema that enforces a ten-role approval chain on every Interim Payment Certificate.
That experience covers the parts of public-sector work that are easy to underestimate — multi-level role hierarchies, sequential approval workflows, audit trails that survive scrutiny, on-premise deployment on departmental servers, and offline-tolerant mobile data capture from the field.

What's Included
Everything we handle when you work with us on this.
Monitoring & MIS Dashboards
Programme and project monitoring platforms with role-based views, planned-versus-actual analytics, and executive summaries generated from live data.
Contract & Payment Management
Bill of Quantities modelling, measurement and billing, systematic deductions, and multi-role approval chains with a complete audit trail.
Field Data Collection Apps
Android applications for officers working on site — geo-tagged photographic evidence, structured progress capture, and push notifications.
Role-Based Access & Workflows
Multi-level permission hierarchies and sequential approval routing that mirror how a department actually delegates authority.
On-Premise & Government Cloud Deployment
Deployment onto departmental servers or government-hosted infrastructure, with HTTPS, hardening, scheduled jobs, backups and handover documentation.
Automated Reporting
Server-generated PDF and PowerPoint briefings, spreadsheet imports and exports, so reporting stops being manual assembly work.
