Complaints, SOS, notices, billing and collections for planned housing societies, in English and Urdu.
NexSociety is a management platform for planned housing societies in Pakistan: an Android app for residents and a web panel for the office, in English and Urdu with right-to-left layout. It models the society as phase, block, street and house, routes every complaint to a post rather than a person, and keeps an append-only ledger for every unit.
For management offices of planned housing societies and authority colonies that run complaints, security and collections across hundreds or thousands of houses.

What changes when you use it
01
Complaints stop depending on who picked up the phone
Two-level categories carry SLA hours. Rules route each complaint to a post, a designation plus a block, with a preview before it goes out. Staff assign, start, hold and resume; resolving requires a photo; the resident confirms and rates.
02
Emergencies reach the guard post in seconds
A press-and-hold SOS sends a typed alert (medical, fire, security or other) to the guard post, security staff and block officers. The office acknowledges; an unacknowledged alert escalates after 5 minutes.
03
Bills and payments reconcile against one ledger
Monthly bill files from the accounts office are imported, validated against the ledger, then published. Counter payments issue RCP receipts, a second staff member verifies the day, and every adjustment carries a reason.
04
The office sees the whole society at a glance
The control-room dashboard shows SLA gauges, open and overdue complaints, the emergency card, the collection band, a 14-day trend and by-block charts, in English or Urdu, light or dark.
Modules
Society registry
Phase, block, street and house hierarchy; CSV/XLSX house-list import with a validation report (up to 100,000 rows); persons with CNIC; dated owner, tenant and member occupancy that is never deleted.
Resident onboarding
Self-registration with OTP, house claim, and office approval with CNIC and phone match. One billable occupant per unit; ownership transfer keeps the history intact.
Complaints
Two-level categories with SLA hours, rule-based routing to a post with preview, phone and walk-in entry by staff, assign, start, hold and resume, photo-required resolution, public and internal comments, and an append-only timeline with CMP-YYYY-NNNNNN references.
SLA and escalation
The SLA clock pauses on hold. Escalation L1 fires at 100% and L2 at 150% of the SLA. Residents confirm and rate 1 to 5; complaints auto-close after 72 hours and can be reopened within 7 days.
SOS alerts
Press-and-hold typed alerts to the guard post, security staff and block officers, office acknowledgement, escalation after 5 minutes, a live red banner and an incident log.
Notices
Society-wide or targeted to a block or area, with draft and publish permissions, expiry dates and a phone preview.
Billing
Import and validate monthly bill files, cross-check arrears against the ledger, publish or cancel batches, correct by void-and-replace, and issue a bilingual one-page bill PDF.
Payments and ledger
Counter entry for cash, cheque, bank challan and online-recorded payments with RCP receipts, end-of-day verification by a second staff member, bounced cheques and reversals, oldest-bill-first application and an append-only per-house ledger.
Access and audit
An editable role and permission matrix with 29 permissions, staff scoped to blocks, suspend and reactivate, and an audit log with before and after values.
Control-room dashboard
SLA gauges, open and overdue counts, the emergency card, the collection band, a 14-day trend and by-block charts.
Notifications and directories
In-app inbox, push with SMS fallback through provider adapters, a delivery log, and directories of officers, maintenance and security staff and emergency numbers with call and WhatsApp buttons.
